I just caught word from Blabbermouth.net that PRS totin' axe-man Dave Navarro is working on a project with his new band, The Panic Channel. The line-up is Strays-era Jane's Addiction, replacing Perry with former Skycycle vocalist Steve Isaacs. Here's to hoping it r0x0rz.

Yes - and the article also states:
"Dave Navarro will receive the Stevie Ray Vaughn Award at a May 20 benefit concert for MusiCares MAP Fund, which helps musicians recovering from drug and alcohol addiction."
Isn't this like giving a humanitarian award to Attila the Hun? Pretty sure Dave's still an active drug user...
That's harsh. Especially since he's been saying for some time that he's clean. Link to proof that he's not?
