In Bloom
Eric Johnson's new album, Bloom, hits stores today. That is, if you can find it. I wasn't willing to hunt for it, so I simply ordered it on-line.If the new single, "My Back Pages", is any indication of the entire record's quality, it should be a good one. Now if Eric would only release it in high resolution, then we'd be getting somewhere.

I'd not hold my breath for the high resolution version of this disc. You know it pains him that he has no control over your stero/speaker setup as is. God forbid you achieve even more quality and are able to hear a, gasp, mistake in his playing.
Really, though, the only way to truly listen to EJ is live, with all of the guitar signals run through a nine volt battery that is charged exactly 87%. You know - the way he meant for it to sound. :)
